NO DRINKING AND DRIVING – this event has a zero tolerance policy for alcohol. If any of our crew or volunteers feel that you are not adhering to this rule we will pull you from the race. Use common sense, don’t be RECKLESS, you don’t want to harm yourself or others.
Drivers must be a minimum of 18 years of age and able to provide proof of age (drivers license or valid ID). Proof of ID must be available upon request of event staff.
There is a minimum requirement of ALL OEM safety features for a driver to compete. (Safety equipment is the sole responsibility of the driver).
All drivers must wear a helmet at all times when riding on the track(s) or course(s). We require that helmets are full face/coverage. Helmets must be in good condition and display the certifying approval of (USA( Snell M2012, M2005 or DOT FMVSS218.
Helmets must either be full face or be accompanied by shatter proof goggles.
Drivers must remain at first gear idle when traveling to or from any area within the event. Failure to acknowledge this will lead to disqualification and potentially being asked to leave the event.
Clothing: Drivers are to wear boots that cover their ankle, long pants and a long sleeve shirt.
Passenger safety equipment: Helmet requirement is the same as above for both driver and passenger. 4 or 5 point harnesses are required. We also strongly suggest that participants have full doors and/or netting to keep legs and arms safely inside the vehicle.
Tech inspections must be completed prior to being allowed on the track. No tech inspection no race.
Ensure that your vehicle is free of any loose debris.
RECKLESS behavior is not tolerated in any mannerism. We’re all here to have fun. Riding in any manner that we feel is endangering other riders, spectators or the like will result in penalization. This includes but is not limited to; unsportsmanlike conduct and any intentional vehicular contact with another driver.
USE COMMON SENSE, irresponsible pit riding will not be tolerated.
Penalties will be on a case by case basis at the discretion of the race director. Potential penalties (not limited to); position(s), suspension, disqualification, or removed from the event.
Zero tolerance for staff abuse. Any abusive physical or verbal behavior towards any staff member will result in immediate removal from the event. Fighting will also not be tolerated. Anyone involved in such actions will be asked to immediately leave. Law enforcement may be contacted as well dependent on the severity of the situation.
Stay in “your lane”! Spectator areas are clearly marked. DO NOT cross the track at any point in time. Stay in the designated spectator areas. We promise this is for your safety.

All of the above rules in regards to photographers and videographers also applies to drone usage. In addition to those here are some specific to drone usage;
DO NOT fly near or above large groups. We don’t know your pilot skills and want to keep our spectators safe.
NEVER fly in front of a moving vehicle.
